The standard dual-chamber oil-gas quenching furnace utilizes graphite tube heating in the heating chamber, and the insulation layer is made of graphite felt or a composite structure of graphite felt and refractory fiber felt.
For customers with high color requirements or special materials, a molybdenum and stainless steel composite insulation metal screen can be used upon request.
The active zone size can be customized to meet customer requirements.
